Thank you for considering C'ERA for your customized needs. We accept customized order request for dresses and gowns only. Currently, we are only servicing parts of the Tri-State area (Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey). Please contact us to verify that we can accept your order.

Consultations

After your request for a customized order has been approved, we can move forward and schedule a consultation. Consultation fees start at $40 which is non-refundable (Not included in the garment price). During the consultation, we will agree on your desired dress design and record your body measurements. We will also discuss the fabric options for your design. All further details regarding your customized order will be discussed during your consultation.

Note: Clients under the age of 18 years old should consent with their legal parent/guardian before booking a consultation.

Pricing and Deposits

Custom order pricing start at $400+ (Not including the fabric). Each dress is uniquely designed. The cost of the customized order varies depending on the the dress design and fabric cost. The total cost of the customized order will be determined after all materials and notions have been found and accurately estimated. If the customer decides to alter the agreed upon design, additional fees may be applied to compensate for the requested changes. 

The first deposit will be the total cost of fabric and materials needed to complete the dress as well as half of the cost of services. Once the manufacturing of the dress begins, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance may be broken up in to deposits. The final deposit is due before the final fitting. 

 

Refunds

A refund may be issued if the order is cancelled BEFORE any fabric/ materials have been purchased for the customized gown. (That return does NOT include the consultation fee). Once the fabric/ material(s) have been purchased, a refund will NOT be issued. Fabric for customized orders can not be returned to the store after the material has been cut. If a customer decides to cancel their order before production begins, the customer may take possession of their fabric. Once the production of the dress begins, the customized gown becomes NON REFUNDABLE. If a customer decides to cancel their order after production begins, the customer will forfeit their deposit as well as their customized order.
